The intent of this RFQ is to establish a Capacity Building Network to ensure CSC’s continued access to highly skilled trainers and consultants while enhancing the capacity of local nonprofit organizations. This network will consist of trainers and consultants who are mindful of and responsive to the various backgrounds and needs of organizations that serve families and support children in Broward County. Interested applicants may apply for one or both of the following procurements: Trainer Cadre (New or Returning trainers) and Program Performance Consultant (one application for New and Returning consultants). To be considered, applicants must complete the appropriate application(s).
The applications are available through CSC’s web-based Contract Administration and Procurement System (CAPS) and responses must be submitted through CAPS. A training video on how to use CAPS is available in CAPS under the Solicitation Attachments.
A virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom. This will be the only opportunity to receive verbal instructions regarding the RFQ. To register for the conference, please use the following link: Pre-bid Conference
