Back To School Extravaganza 2024!

Every year, the CSC and Broward County School Social Workers and many other community partners support students with a series of “Back to School Extravaganza” events. The program provides supplies to school-age children identified as living in economically disadvantaged households.

Your Support Makes a Difference:

With just $40, you can supply a student with everything they need for the entire school year. This includes:

Backpack Filled with Supplies: Students should be equipped with the necessary tools, such as notebooks, pens, pencils, and other essential school supplies.
Uniforms: Ensuring students have appropriate attire for school.
Shoes: Providing comfortable and durable footwear.

Comprehensive Support for Families:

In addition to providing school supplies, families will receive valuable information on resources to help them save money and access free health screenings. These services will be available at events held just before the new school year starts, offering a one-stop solution for families preparing for the upcoming academic year.
