The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to create an on-call “Cadre” of qualified American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services agencies that will support the CSC and community members. The ASL interpretation services agencies must have the ability to provide (1) in-person and or virtual ASL interpretation services, and (2) ASL interpretation services for different types of interpretation needs. All applicants must provide evidence of their qualifications and credentials, which, includes being a Registered Interpreter for the Deaf, Inc. (RID) or Florida Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (FRID) member.

This application is available through CSC’s web-based Contract Administration and Procurement System (CAPS) and responses must be submitted through CAPS. A training video on how to use CAPS is available in CAPS under the Solicitation Attachments.
