This RFQ seeks qualifications from reputable vendors for Communications and Public Affairs Consulting Services, which will be utilized to educate Broward County residents about CSC’s programs, events, and funded services, as well as community-wide resources available for children and families in Broward County.
This procurement will be available on July 8, 2024, through CSC’s web-based Contract Administration and Procurement System (CAPS) and responses must be submitted through CAPS. Interested parties can access the RFQ at our CSC website.
A virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on July 10, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. The conference will be conducted virtually via Zoom. This will be the only opportunity to receive verbal instructions regarding the RFQ. To register for the conference, please use the following link:
Completed applications must be submitted through CAPS on August 12, 2024 by 12:00 p.m.
