The Children’s Services Council is Here to Help.
There are behavioral signs to look out for when it comes to identifying changes in mental health, from anger and sadness to excessive or lack of sleep and shifts in performance at school, work, and home.
While most people experience mental health symptoms at some point in their lives, many are hesitant to ask for help. It’s important to know that you are not alone. Seek out reliable resources, ask questions, and support others experiencing issues regarding their mental health.
If experiencing a mental health crisis, please call or text 988.
The Children’s Services Council of Broward County does not diagnose medical conditions but provides families with connections to valuable resources. Below are programs funded by CSC to provide mental health services.

To support the recovery of those impacted by those tragedies, BBHC has subcontracted with several local mental health agencies to provide in-home trauma-specific therapy by trained clinicians.
