The Children’s Services Council of Broward County Florida (“CSC”) invites qualified vendors to submit Bids to provide Website and Web Application Development Consulting Services. The Consultant will be responsible for making recommendations, gathering stakeholders’ input, assembling information, and helping select a developer who will build the website and web app. Please note that the chosen Consultant will NOT be allowed to participate in the website/web app building and development RFQ process.

A virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on October 7, 2021 at 1:30PM via Zoom. Register HERE.

The procurement is available through CSC’s web-based Contract Administration and Procurement System (CAPS) and responses to this procurement must be submitted through CAPS. Training on the use of CAPS will take place during the Pre-Bid Conference.
